Day 1: Arrival in Leh – “The Gateway to the Peaks”

Day 2: Sham Valley Exploration – “The Spiritual Trail”

  • Reach Hunder, known for its Bactrian camels and sand dunes, by early afternoon.
  • Visit Diskit Monastery and the towering Maitreya Buddha statue overlooking the valley.

  • Spend time by the lake, enjoying its changing colors and the stunning backdrop of the Himalayan peaks.
  • After soaking in the beauty of Pangong, head back to Leh via Chang La Pass (17,590 ft.), arriving in Leh by evening.
